GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Your Simple Walls panels are shipped in a 49"x28"x1" to 6" box with up to 30 panels per box. 

Your order will ship via UPS Ground from Los Angeles, CA in 5 to 10 business days (panels are made to order) and shipping time is 2 to 7 business days.

Orders of 200+ panels may require up to 3 weeks to ship.

For inventory availability, shipping quotes, expedited orders or orders outside the Continental U.S. (including Canada), please call Customer Service at (888) 817-4675.

For Canadian orders, all custom brokerage charges, duties and taxes will apply.

Simple Walls does not ship full panel orders to PO Box or APO addresses.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Sample orders – with up to 8 samples - ship for $2 each.
• Shipping for full size panel orders depends on the number of panels ordered.  For example, 1-15 panels is $51 and 16-30 panels is $66.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For orders outside the Continental U.S., please email hello@simplewalls.com for shipping costs.
• Commercial and Contract orders may be subject to different pricing.

Simple Walls wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please order samples in advance here prior to ordering if you are unsure of the color, finish or size. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return your order, which is subject to a 25% RSF (restocking fee). All returns must be unused and in new condition within 30 days of purchase date. (Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees). No refunds after 30 days.  

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@simplewalls.com.  If your order hasn't shipped, it's subject to a 5% cancellation fee.  This is for the credit card processing fees Simple Walls is required to pay for both the initial charge and the refund.  If your order has already shipped, our return policy shown in this section will apply to your return.

WARRANTY INFO

Simple Walls wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return any of your Simple Walls product that is unused and in new condition within 30 days of purchase date for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Your Simple Walls panels are warranted for one year from the date of purchase to be free from manufacturer's defects. You may return any of your Simple Walls product that has a manufacturer's defect within one (1) year of purchase for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We cannot accept collect deliveries. For return authorization, please email Hello@simplewalls.com

LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER LIABILITIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING UNDER LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE YEAR GUARANTEE PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO CASE WILL SIMPLE WALLS, LLC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, nor the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
